Supporting people into independence!
Leaving care can be a big shift, and not everyone gets the time or space to settle properly. At Next Phase Housing, we provide well-managed homes for care leavers aged 18+ where young people can feel safe, respected, and supported as they adjust and move forward at their own pace.
We work closely with local authorities, social workers, personal advisers, and partner agencies to support each young person properly. This helps us keep the right balance between guidance and independence.
We listen first, understand each young person’s goals, and offer practical help with everyday life skills, education, or training so they can move into their next phase with confidence and dignity.
At our core, our purpose is simple: to empower care leavers to step into their next phase with confidence, purpose, and dignity.
At Next Phase Housing, we take a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to supporting young people in care. Every placement is tailored to meet individual needs, focusing on safety, stability, and emotional well-being. Our dedicated team works collaboratively with local authorities, social workers, and multi-agency professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support that helps young people flourish and achieve positive outcomes.
Our inspiration comes from the young people we support every day. Their experiences shape how we work and why we do what we do. Each home is a steady, welcoming place where young people can feel safe, settle in, and start building confidence again. Through consistency, care, and everyday support, we help them take their next steps forward.
